Your application for scholarship assistance must be complete and submitted on time by the deadlines shown above. Each application MUST include all of the supporting documentation noted in the application. These are the FAFSA/SAR Report, Acceptance Letter (if starting at a school for the first time) or current transcripts from the school. In addition you are required to include transcripts from all previous schools you have attended within the past five years.
