Eddy Richard Briones, Sr., 45, Kansas City, Missouri, passed away on March 17, 2020.

He was born on February 9, 1975. Eddy was proceeded in death by his kids, Julyana and Anthony Briones; Grandma, Carmen Capetillo Aguirre; aunts and uncles, Pam Aguirre, Juanita and Robert Rangel, Josephine and Pal Ramirez and Max Gonzalez. He is survived by his children, Eddy, Damien, and Alayna Briones; grandchildren, Fabian and Giovanni; mother, Rita Aguirre; father, Joe Montoya; uncle, Richard and family; aunts, Consuelo Capetillo and Francis (Salvador) Arzola; brothers, Paul (Debbie), Gabriel, and Jesse; sisters, Alicia and Michaela; special persons, Sarah and Texas Jess; 19 nieces and nephews, and two great nieces and nephews.

Eddy was a lifelong resident of the Westside. He attended Boys Town and graduated from Alta Vista High School. Eddy had recently specialized in TV's. He enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved his Chiefs and Royals teams. Eddy always had a smile on his face and enjoyed joking around with his loved ones. Eddy's favorite saying was, "Don't tell Pauly!"

Funeral services were held at Larkin & Garcia Funeral Care.
