Leonard William Koets, born March 25, 1936, passed away on August 4, 2018 at home after a courageous three-year battle with lung cancer.

 

Leonard was a Lifetime Member of the Boys Town National Alumni Association and a frequent attendee at alumni reunions.  In 2017 the Koets family held a reunion in conjuction with the BTNAA 33rd  Biennial Alumni Family Reunion in Omaha.  It was a double reunion for the entire Koets family and was enjoyed by all.

 

The family is planning a memorial service at Boys Town in March of 2019.
