James "Jim" Westerbuhr, '69, passed away on August 8, 2014 in Richland, Ohio.
James “Jim” Westerbuhr, 64, of Richland, died Friday, Aug. 8, 2014, at his home.
James "Jim" Westerbuhr was born April 1, 1950, in York, to Richard and Cashmeir (Palu) Westerbuhr. He grew up in the Richland and Columbus area. Jim graduated from Boys Town High School. He married Mary Bialas in 1971 at St. Anthony Church in Columbus. He worked for 25 years at Behlen Manufacturing. He enjoyed demolition derbys, NASCAR, football, his dog Dora and spending time with his grandchildren and family.

He is survived by wife: Mary of Richland, son: Jame (Lisa) Westerbuhr of Schuyler, daughter: Jenny (Chad) Schultz of Duncan, grandchildren: Drew, Jesse, Tyler, Taylor, Ashton, Jayden, sister: Elva (Leland) Osten of Lincoln, sister: Charlene (Darwin) Kuchenreuther of Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Richard and Cashmeir, father-in-law and mother-in-law: Emil and Helen Bialas, sister: Dora Lorsung, brothers: Richard and Gerald and sister in infancy: Sharon.
Memorial service were held at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 13, 2014, at McKown Funeral Home in Columbus. Interment was at Roselawn Cemetery in Columbus.
