Angel Findley-Ramos, '13

obit_angel_findley-ramos_600x800Angel Findley-Ramos, '13, passed away on December 31, 2017 in Amarillo, Texas. 

Angel Rey Findley-Ramos, 22, of Amarillo, died on Sunday, December 31, 2017. 

Angel was born on May 7, 1995 in Amarillo, Texas. In 2013, he graduated from Boys Town High School in Omaha, Nebraska and worked in construction. He was humble with a great smile. In his spare time, Angel enjoyed tinkering with his Cadillac and drawing. He loved getting tattoos.

Angel is preceded in death by one brother, Daniel Ramos, Jr; one sister, Sheyann Ramos; great-grandfather, Pete Burrow; great-grandmother, Nellie Burrow; great-grandfather, Mariano Montoya; two uncles, Gene Montoya and Michael Montoya; and one niece, Tyla Perez.

He is survived by his parents; Avery and Michelle Findley and Angela Perez; one sister, Chantel Garcia and husband Rene; three brothers, Isaiah, Timothy and Isaac Findley; grandparents, Angel and Josie Perez, Ernestina Ramos, and Leon and Linda Findley; four nieces and nephews, Adrian and Bentley Garcia, Brielle Garcia and Aiden Munoz; his longtime girlfriend, McKenzie Mitchell; his aunt, Sarah Rivas and husband Armando; his uncle Alex Perez; cousins, Alex and Talina Perez, and Nathaniel and Jayden Rivas;  and his four dogs, Texas, Snowflake, Kong, and Juicy.

Memorial services were held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, January 6, 2018 at Greater Love Temple Church, 811 S. Tennessee St. with Damein Miller officiating. Arrangements are by Angel Funeral Home, 2209 S. Arthur St., Amarillo, Texas.
