Memorial services for William J. Jennings were held on August 29, 2009 at Bustard's Funderal Home with Pastor Gary Hans, Sunrise Baptist Church officiating.

Mr. Jennings, 54, passed away Thursday, August 20, 2009 in Casper.  He was born in Oceanside, CA on May 30 1955.  The first six years of his life were spent at Rosebud Indian Reservation before moving back to California.  He Lived in North Carolina, Michigan and Nebraska.  Bill graduated Boys Town in 1974.

After earning an Associates Degree, he joined the Navy and was stationed in Italy when his son was born.  After returning to the States, he worked for the railroad in Iowa and ran his own bike shop.  He rejoing the Navy in the sub service.  After leaving the Navy, he had an electric career before moving to Wyoming, where his job consisted of crane inspection and repair.  It was in Casper that he met his wife, Kim, and they had Lily.  He enjoyed cannons, rock hunting, Thermopolis and giving dinosaur presntations at school.

He leaves behind his wife, Kim, daughter Lily (Elizabeth) and step-son Nick Hodges of Casper, his son Joshua and former wife Peggy of Council Bluffs, IA, brother Hans Wolke of El Cajon, CA and brother Ed Wolke (Mindy) and his children of Green Bay, WI and his step-children from a previous marriage, Delayna, Jodie and Chantel.
