Roy Wittrock, 93, of Omaha and formerly of Milford passed away Tuesday Jan. 5 at his home in Omaha. He was born on Oct. 2 1922 in Milford to Emma (Richter) and Joseph Wittrock. He was baptized at St Joseph Catholic Church and graduated from Milford High School.
 

After serving in World War II, Roy was united in marriage to Bernice Blair on March 29, 1948. Roy ran Wittrock Service in Milford for many years before moving to Omaha. He worked at and retired from Boy's Town in 1989.
 

He is survived by Bernice, his wife of 68 years; children Julie, Bill, Shirley and Fr. Daniel; six grandchildren, six great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
 

Roy was always grateful for all his family and friends in the Lakes Region.
