Carroll Miller, '62, passed away on January 6, 2005 in Columbus, Nebraska.
Son of Floyd & Marie Louise (Plugge) Miller.
He attended school in Columbus and graduated from high school in Omaha. He then attended Milford Trade School where he studied drafting with an emphasis on machine and tool. Over the next 10 years, Carroll held a variety of positions which showed his versatility of skills, from the Columbus Sale Pavilion and junk yard in 1962 to Scrub Car Wash, Soil Movers, Central States, Nebraska Engineering and D&L as a machinist to finally Behlen Manufacturing in 1974 where he worked for the next 29 years. He enjoyed buying cars and fixing up old houses. He was always ready with good tips on remodeling. He married Cheryl Gabow on March 1, 2002 in Louisville, Kentucky.
