This is final meeting of the current board of directors.

Note for member guests who are attending the meeting.  During the business portion of the meeting guests are requested to refrain from participating in any board discussions unless called upon by the presiding member of the board.  Guests will be offered the opportunity to speak at the end of the meeting.  If you have questions for the board please forward an email to the representative from your particular year group so that the question can be addressed during the meeting.  You can find your year group board representatives and their email links at this link.
